MAINTENANCE - Our maintenance department offers tailored packages depending on
the customers requirements, although each customer and customer site is different
some of the different types of package are shown below.

Planned Preventative Maintenance - regular maintenance ensures the long-term
performance and efficiency of the equipment. We will carry out a comprehensive site
survey and then work with the equipment manufacturers to complete a planned
maintenance schedule that ensures all the equipment on the customers site is
attended to at the correct frequency, and that any statutory requirements are met.

Reactive Maintenance - we are available 24 hours a day seven days a week to attend
to equipment breakdowns. Burgin Maintenance engineers are fully qualified in their
speciality and drive fully equipped liveried service vehicles often allowing them to fit
replacement parts without the need for a return visit. Where a maintenance contract is
in place the customer will benefit from targeted and measured response times to all
call outs.

Comprehensive Maintenance - an all-inclusive package including planned and reactive
maintenance and also replacement parts. This type of package allows the customer to
pay a fixed monthly amount and know that all situations are included.

All maintenance works are controlled using our computerised Service Management
system. This allows us to hold a complete history for every customer site and item of
equipment, accurately tracking the number, type, and cost of each call out or visit.

All engineers are equipped with mobile messaging devices enabling them to
communicate directly with the office once each job is completed. The information from
these devices flows electronically into our service management system. This ensures
that we can provide near "real time" updates to our customers on the progress of their
jobs.

INSTALLATION - Each installation project will have an assigned project engineer who
will provide the link between our on-site installation engineers and the customer. A
programme of works will be issued and agreed with the customer prior to our
commencement on site. Throughout the project the customer will be kept informed
of progress on site, variations and cost changes.

DESIGN - The success of any project will be dependant on the design and installation
teams working together. At Burgin we have our own design team who are capable of
designing all types of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems to operate in a
variety of different types of building.

Our investment in Information Technology means that the design team is supported by
Hevacomp design software and AutoCAD.
