HEATING - Burgin can design and install all types of Heating systems to ensure that
customer requirements are fully met. Our experience includes Boiler Plant (all fuels),
Warm Air Heaters, Radiant Heaters, Unit Heaters, Radiator and Convector Systems,
Underfloor Heating, Perimeter and Trench Heating.

AIR CONDITIONING - Air Conditioning is now becoming a necessity in many business
and commercial environments. In offices, a comfortable working environment will
contribute to improved productivity from your staff, and in commercial applications air
conditioning will ensure that your customers feel relaxed and comfortable in your
premises. It takes efficient Air Conditioning and environmental control systems to
achieve these objectives.

Air conditioning systems can range from, a single unit to grouped installations, to full
VRV systems, where each unit operates to heat or cool as required. Split systems
can be Wall, Ceiling or Floor mounted and can also be used to provide both heating
and cooling.

VENTILATION - The provision of ventilation in all types of buildings is a pre-requisite to
comply with Building Regulations. The level and type of ventilation required will vary
depending on the use of the building and Burgin can advise on how these requirements
can be best met. Our experience includes Ducted systems with Fans and Air Handling
units, Kitchen Ventilation, Heat Reclaim units, Smoking Room extract and Air Filtration
systems.

PLUMBING - Hot and cold water installations with associated storage tanks and
